Our Free Webinar Program is designed to provide attendees with a broad overview of the full WinCrafting domain. This includes (1) the specific new-on-the-planet ideas and (2) the three steps which are critical to being able to quickly and effectively create wonderful results by using the WinCrafting approach. Learning these fundamentals is essential to being able to produce profoundly satisfying results in the presence of challenging situations which appear in your life, and in the lives of people who matter to you!
Our Free Webinar Program includes two specific webinars. An individual must attend Part One first, and then Part Two. We are in the process of setting up such things as the *timing* of those webinars, and are hoping to offer them (in both “live” and recorded formats) in a way that those who wish to attend can readily fit them into their schedules! [PLEASE NOTE: we limit the number of folks who can attend the live webinars, in order to maximize the extent to which interactivity is possible.]
Part One of the free webinar program addresses the ideas (such as “empowered illusion” and “the law of multiple 100%’s”) which a person simply *must* know and understand in order to, for example, keep from being chewed alive by conflict(s), and to effectively produce profoundly satisfying results for all concerned. Part Two is about the three steps which are invariably followed *every* time a deeply satisfying result is produced in a person’s life!

Join Our Advanced Training Programs****
DISCUSSION GROUPS
Currently, four discussion groups (see the list below) are available as part of our Advanced Training Program. [These programs are only open to individuals who have attended both Part One and Part Two of the Free Webinar Program.] Each of the discussion groups will meet online, twice a month for four months, and will focus upon a particular aspect of the full WinCrafting domain. We anticipate that each session will last approximately one and one-half to two hours, although we sometimes continue for a bit longer than that on a given day. [PLEASE NOTE: we limit the number of people who can join any one of the discussion groups, to allow for the greatest possible degree of interactivity. We will be setting up as many groups as possible, but that number is also, of course, very limited … we wish we could hold many such groups, but there are only so many hours available in any given month!] The cost of enrolling in any one of these discussion groups is $600, payable at the time of enrollment. MASTERY PROGRAM
During the interactive Mastery of WinCrafting Program, the participants have the opportunity to really “dig in,” and learn to apply the WinCrafting ideas, processes, and steps to challenging situations which impact the attendees personally, or are being faced by people who they care about, personally and/or professionally. The program is led by John Rice and his team. The Mastery Group meets online twice a month for six months; the fee is $2,500 per person, payable at the time of enrollment. Each online session is scheduled to last for two hours (we sometimes go a bit past that time). We limit the number of individuals in this program, because there is a very heavy emphasis on interactivity. The Book Is a Very Efficient Way for You to Learn How to Make Conflict Disappear
The book *WinCrafting* describes, among many other fine things, a breakthrough approach to being truly, profoundly and quickly effective in the presence of conflict. The WinCrafting approach … which brings to the fore Ideas Whose Time Has Come … replaces the old and outdated ideas which have failed the test of time, such as “win-lose,” “conflict management,” and “the adversary system.” In this book, you will discover the steps which lead away from the pain and wasted time which are entailed in “traditional” approaches to “dealing with conflicts and problems.” Instead, the new WinCrafting approach produces results which are deeply satisfying to everyone who is involved in a situation which people have been trained to think of as a “conflict” or “problem.” Words such as those are only labels! What you really have, when life presents you with a situation or circumstance to which such labels can be affixed, is raw materials, and you are going to create something with those raw materials!
So, instead of using the “rules” of the reactive approaches, you can instead learn to use the role model of artists, and take full advantage of the creativity which indwells you! And as you begin to master that creativity, you can find a way to generate results (not only in the presence of “conflicts,” but in such things as your relationships and educational and career paths!) which are, well, the author, John Rice, likes to call them Beautiful Music! This book is full of many of the stories of the thousands of people who John has worked with, over the decades of his WinCrafting practice, people who have created beautiful and inspiring things with those raw materials! The book also lays out the critical steps … you simply MUST be aware of those if you want to walk away from the experiences people so often have when they are attempting to do such things as “manage conflict,” with horrifying portions of their time being eaten alive by those situations, and living in a great deal of pain in the process.
